REFUND POLICY

The Refund policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Refund Policy at any time.

At gwenbrewer.com, in a determination to accomplish customer satisfaction, if there is an issue, you can contact us for any issues through our email at hello@gwenbrewer.com. The Refund shall be made at our sole discretion.

We offer you a refund under the following circumstances:

  • If overpayments are made on projects.

  • Payments made for a service not undertaken or when payments are made in error.

Gwen Brewer Fire Engineering Ltd will make every effort to refund overpayments/payments made in error when made aware of the situation within 30 days of the payment received.

Invoiced payments are not subject to a refund where the service has been delivered and not an error. Where an advance is taken but the project cannot be completed by Gwen Brewer Fire Engineering Ltd due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund will be issued.

We will refund your amount to the original payment method, once it has been processed.

2. REFUND CYCLE:

The complete refund process normally takes about 15-30 working days from the date of confirmation of the refund.
